What Is Candidate Force?
Candidate Force is the recruitment platform this site directs employers to. Here is exactly what it does, what it does not, and how the two sites relate.
Candidate Force is a recruitment platform where employers explore candidate profiles, publish vacancies and manage applications. Balkan Mechanic is the informational layer in front of it — the part that helps you work out which mechanic profile you actually need before you start.
Both operate within the AHS Dynamics LLP digital ecosystem, but they are separate websites with separate terms of use and separate privacy policies. When you follow a link from here to Candidate Force, that site's terms apply from that point.
English-language traffic continues on candidateforce.com; German-language traffic on candidateforce.de. Links on this site route automatically based on the language version you are reading, so a visitor on a German page reaches the German platform.

Why the two sites are separate
It would be simpler to run one website. The split exists because the two jobs are genuinely different and mixing them serves employers badly.
A recruitment platform is transactional. It needs accounts, profiles, vacancy management and an application workflow, and its content is necessarily about the platform itself. An informational resource is the opposite: it should explain the trade honestly, including the parts that argue against hiring at all, and it should be useful whether or not you ever create an account.
Keeping them apart means this site can tell you that international recruitment is a poor answer to a retention problem, or that a mechatronics technician without an oscilloscope is an expensive mechanic. A platform marketing page could not credibly say either.

What neither site does
This is worth stating plainly, because recruitment marketing in this sector frequently implies otherwise.
Neither site certifies candidates. Neither guarantees availability, qualifications, language proficiency or documentation. Neither provides legal, immigration or work-permit advice, and neither can promise a processing timeline — those depend on nationality, destination country, occupation and current regulation, all of which change.
Verification remains an employer responsibility. Any platform claiming to remove it is making a promise it cannot keep, and the cost of that promise lands on the employer when it turns out to be untrue.

Data, privacy and language routing
Data you submit through the contact form on Balkan Mechanic is handled under our privacy policy. Anything you do on Candidate Force — creating an account, publishing a vacancy, reviewing applications — is governed by that platform's own privacy policy, which applies from the moment you arrive there.
Balkan Mechanic has no accounts, no logins and no candidate data. It is a public informational resource, and the only thing it stores in your browser is your language preference and your cookie consent decision.
Outbound links to Candidate Force carry campaign parameters identifying which page of this site the visit came from. Those parameters contain no personal data — they exist so we can see which content is actually useful to employers.
